If you smell gas contact the gas emergency service, National Grid immediately on 0800 111999.
This service is ONLY available when you consider that the property or yourselves are at risk and the repair cannot wait until normal business hours resume. Otherwise, please call our office during normal office hours on 0161 798 6633 and a member of staff will assist.
Should it transpire that our contractors are not available, you should instruct a suitably qualified emergency contractor and provide the receipted invoice, with your bank details to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we establish that the repair is due to your neglect or is not considered an emergency, we will not reimburse you for the cost.
